Celebrate

It is important for teams to celebrate wins. Winning encourages the team. Celebrations help teams develop a hunger for wins. Leaders must sometimes set goals just within reach. Goals designed for a win must not be too easy, but must be attainable. Celebrations do not have to be elaborate or extravagant. Praise and acknowledgement feed a human need. However, the celebration should match the difficulty of the win. Celebrate often and sincerely. Winning feeds on itself.
